SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – State health officials said one new measles case was reported in the Upstate since Tuesday.
According to the South Carolina Department of Public Health, potential exposures for the case are still being investigated.
The new case brings the total number of South Carolina measles cases in 2025 to 47.
