Colliers South Carolina‘s Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented MIRCI in the sale of a 3,600-square-foot freestanding building to Opa’s Learning Academy.
Opa’s Learning Academy plans to open in fall 2026 at 1433 Gregg St. in downtown Columbia, with a mission to support the academic growth and life skills of students with physical and mental disabilities, according to a news release.
“We are proud to represent our seller client MIRCI in this transaction and facilitate a smooth sale to Opa’s Learning Academy,” Lanham said in the news release. “They will bring a new purpose to the building while adding great value to our Midlands community for these students.”…
