Judge halts St. Helena bar owner’s licenses after mass shooting

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSAV) — A Beaufort County business owner is facing a major setback following a mass shooting at his establishment.

Monday, a hearing was held in Columbia where a judge ruled to suspend the owner’s business licenses.
