RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A second suspect has been arrested in the November 11 fatal shooting on Nearview Avenue, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Semieon Helton-Hill, 21, is charged with murder and criminal conspiracy in connection with the shooting.
