First Alert Summary
Good morning! After a nice finish to our weekend, great weather is set to continue for the start of the week. High pressure will control our forecast from our north, giving us a nice feel throughout the day. By this afternoon, we’ll have some clouds passing through our sky, with high temperatures in the low-70s.
By Tuesday and Wednesday, an incoming cold front will bring change to the Carolinas before Thanksgiving. Before its arrival, Tuesday and Wednesday will offer a chance at our next round of rain. We’ll pair that with some warm afternoons in the 70s.
This next cold front is strong in the sense that it will drop our temperatures quickly for the end of this week and into the upcoming weekend. While Thanksgiving is dry and sunny, it’ll be a lot colder! By the end of next week, high temperatures will only reach the 50s, with morning lows as cold as the freezing mark.
