UPDATE, November 27, 11:31 am – Shy`tavia Kievonna James was arrested around 7:00 Wednesday at a hotel near I-20 and Broad River Rd in Columbia, SC.
The arrest was made by the United States Marshals Service Carolina Regional Fugitive Task Force, and the Richland County Sheriff`s Office. James is currently incarcerated in the Aiken County Detention Center.
22-year-old Tyshawn Marquez Hughes is still wanted.
