SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Seven new measles cases were reported in the Upstate Friday along with possible exposures at a Costco store in Spartanburg.
According to the South Carolina Department of Public Health, six of the new cases are household members of known cases who were in quarantine while one was in quarantine after being exposed at a school.
There have now been 62 cases in the current Upstate outbreak and 65 in total since July…
