COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Princess Jones, a single mother of five children, is preparing for Christmas with help from the Families Helping Families initiative.
Jones said she signed up for the program back in 2019. After recently being relocated by the Columbia Housing Authority, Jones said this year she needed assistance, even though it was difficult to admit.
“Stop wondering what other people are thinking; think about those children. If we can’t do it, someone else is willing to help. Lend a hand to lend a hand,” Jones said…
