COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A third infant has been safely surrendered under Daniel’s Law in South Carolina’s Upstate region within the past month, according to the Department of Social Services (DSS).
“When we see one usually within a couple of weeks later, we see another one,” said Connelly-Anne Ragley, the Chief External Affairs Officer for DSS.
