S.C. measles outbreak keeps soaring to nearly 85 cases

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina health officials are reporting eight new measles cases since Tuesday in an ongoing outbreak.

The latest cases announced Friday bring the total in the Upstate outbreak to 84 and overall cases to 87 in the state for the year.

There are currently 281 individuals in quarantine and two in isolation…
