COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott was the grand marshal of the 73rd annual Carolina Carillon Parade in downtown Columbia.
The holiday parade, themed “Making Merry Memories,” began at 10 a.m., rain or shine, on Saturday. Organizers said more than 125 entries were expected, including high school bands, floats, and Santa’s helpers.
