COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) — South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster and other state leaders are set to present a new water plan for the state on Thursday afternoon.
That presentation is expected to begin at 2 p.m. at the State House in Columbia. South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Director Myra Reece and members of the WaterSC Water Resources Working Group are expected to join McMaster for the presentation.
