COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) has charged a former custody officer.
Shawn Henry Fitzhugh Sr., 33, is accused of picking up a vulnerable adult and throwing them to the floor while working at Wellpath Recovery Solutions in Columbia.
