RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The director of Doko Manor was arrested on Tuesday on charges of obtaining property under false pretenses, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Frederick W. Layman was arrested, Richland County Sheriff Lott announced on Tuesday. He turned himself in to investigators with the sheriff’s department and was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
