COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A Newberry man has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for distributing fentanyl that resulted in the death of a 28-year-old Columbia woman.
Pasqual Perez Duckett, 41, was sentenced to 240 months in prison by a Senior U.S. District Judge.
He will also serve three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay restitution to cover the victim’s funeral costs…
