COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A man who led deputies on a high-speed chase that ended in a fatal crash has been sentenced to 14 years in prison.
Scottie Strong pleaded guilty on December 15 to failure to stop for a blue light resulting in death, reckless homicide, and failure to stop for a blue light causing great bodily injury.
