COLUMBIA, S.C. — A crash involving a dump truck is causing a backup on Interstate 20 in Columbia Monday.
The collision is in the eastbound lanes of I-20 near mile marker 73, which is the Highway 277 exit. Columbia Fire officials confirm a dump truck overturned at that location.
