COLUMBIA, S.C. (WSPA) – A new bill at the South Carolina State House could change how missing person cases are handled in the state, giving families access to critical cell phone information.
The legislation comes because of the case of South Carolina native Daniel Robinson, who disappeared in Arizona in 2021. His family is not able to access his cell phone.
