COLUMBIA, S.C. — The holiday rush isn’t over yet. The days after Christmas are among the busiest for retailers as shoppers head back to stores to return and exchange gifts and take advantage of deep discounts.
News19 found shoppers returning to stores for a mix of reasons, including exchanging unwanted items, returning gifts that didn’t work out and searching for lower prices.
