CLARENDON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Department of Corrections said it’s investigating the death of an inmate.
The agency announced Tuesday that 46-year-old Luis Antonio Maldanado was found unresponsive in his cell at the Turbeville Correctional Institution.
