RCSD: Man arrested after home invasion leads to ‘fireball’ thrown, shots fired

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – In a Sunday press conference, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced the arrest of a man involved in a home invasion that led to a deputy-involved shooting.

On Saturday, around 9:00 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 10 block of King Arthur Court for a home invasion. Deputies learned after arriving that the suspect had fled, prompting K9 deputies to track the suspect.
