COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A woman faces multiple charges after an incident at a Publix grocery store on Sunday in Richland County that led to a brief foot chase and a struggle with deputies, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Authorities say deputies were called to the Publix on Hardscrabble Road around 1:05 p.m. after reports of a woman refusing to leave the store and causing a disturbance.
