RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing juvenile last seen Friday morning in Columbia.
Deputies say 13-year-old Taylor Moreland was last seen at her home on Ridge Trail Drive in Columbia on the morning of January 9, 2026.
