COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) — The South Carolina Forestry Commission has issued a Red Flag Fire Alert for 33 counties across the state.
The alert is effective at 6 a.m. on Sunday in response to the elevated risk of wildfires because of a lack of significant rainfall, according to officials.
