Georgia man charged with forgery for selling car with fraudulent title

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A Georgia man has been accused of selling a car under a fraudulent title, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.

Lorenzo F. Constantin, 26, was charged Thursday with obtaining property under false pretenses valued at $10,000 or more and forgery valued at $10,000 or more.

SLED was requested to investigate by the Lexington Police Department after Constantin allegedly sold a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado to a victim for $25,000 in cash on Sept. 25, 2025…
