HOPKINS, S.C. — The Hopkins Community Awareness Crime Watch held its first meeting of the year this week, continuing a decades-long effort to keep residents informed, connected, and safe.
“Our goal is to just have a crime watch in every community, and Hopkins is a great model for everybody else,” Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said.
