LUGOFF, S.C. (WIS) – A child was hurt after being involved in a crash while on their bicycle in Lugoff on Tuesday.
Lugoff Fire Chief Chris Spitzer told WIS that the 12-year-old was riding a bicycle on Highway 1 when they hit the back of a truck pulling a trailer. The South Carolina Highway Patrol added that the wreck happened in the area of Grand National Drive and involved a 2016 Toyota pickup truck.
Spitzer also said it’s believed the child was not paying attention at the time of the crash…
