COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A 64-year-old man was arrested Monday for assaulting a female officer and resisting arrest.
At 4:30 pm, a patrol officer with the Columbia Police Department made contact with Wesley L. Haltiwanger after seeing him walking in the roadway in the 300 block of Harbison Boulevard.
