COLUMBIA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The South Carolina Education Lottery announced a South Carolina man has won $1 million.
He played his Powerball numbers at the Best Stop on Bush River Road in Columbia. The ticket matched the first five white ball numbers drawn on Nov. 26 (7, 8, 15, 19 and 28, Powerball 3) to win the $1 million prize.
