LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A driver is dead and three others are injured after a two vehicle crash in Lexington County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher identified Elaina Lynn Valencia, 39, as the person who died in the wreck.
Valencia was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene, the coroner said…
