3 people pleaded guilty in connection with fentanyl-related overdose deaths, AG says

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Three people have pleaded guilty in connection with fentanyl-related overdose deaths, according to a release from South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson.

According to the release, 11 defendants have pleaded guilty after being charged in connection with “Devil in Disguise,” a South Carolina State Grand Jury narcotics trafficking investigation.
