COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A former correctional officer has been arrested and charged after providing contraband to prisoners in a high security unit of the prison.
The South Carolina Department of Corrections (SCDC) Inspector General released the arrest warrants for Frank Kim Eaves, 58, of Elgin, on Thursday.
