SC parents sentenced to prison after special needs child showed signs of malnourishment

MARION COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Two parents were sentenced to prison after their special needs child showed signs of malnourishment.

Yolando Arroyo and Adrian Revels each pled guilty on Tuesday to one count of unlawful conduct towards a child, according to Twelfth Circuit Deputy Solicitor Todd Tucker.
