COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Richland County on Sunday, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Authorities say the crash occurred around 8:05 p.m. on Garners Ferry Road near the intersection with Old Garners Ferry Road.
