South Carolina boutique owner’s 9th arrest involved allegations of not shipping and returning $200 of items in Richland County

The owner of a South Carolina children’s boutique faced charges in five other counties Richland County to that list this week.

According to authorities, 30-year-old Pamela Brooke Schronce was booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center on Thursday for obtaining property under false pretenses.

She appeared for a court hearing on Thursday and received a $2,125 bond. Schronce was held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center until Friday, when she was picked up and lodged at the Greenwood County Detention Center with similar allegations…
