RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The Richland County Coroner, Naida Rutherford, has identified 57-year-old Tracey F. Brown as the person who died in an electric scooter crash on Thursday.
The crash happened at the intersection of Monticello Road and Ridgeway Street, authorities said.
