(WACH) — A Columbia man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, federal prosecutors said.
Arthur Ryans Jr., 42, was arrested by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department at a local motel in connection with a shooting investigation.
