COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Authorities were at the scene of what was being described as a “public safety incident” on the University of South Carolina campus.
A Carolina Alert was issued just before 3 p.m. Sunday, saying the incident occurred at 541 Main Street in Columbia. An online search matches the address as the Horizon I building…
