COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A traffic stop in Richland County turned into a high-speed chase along I-77 on Monday afternoon, ending in a crash near Fort Jackson and leaving two men facing charges.
Investigators said the chase began just after 1 p.m. near Two Notch Road and Roof Street when deputies attempted to stop a car for reckless driving.
