COLUMBIA, S.C. — Remains found Wednesday at a Kilbourne Road home under renovation are human remains, according to Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford.
According to police, officers were dispatched shortly before 4 p.m. Wednesday to the 700 block of Kilbourne Road after someone at a property currently under renovation reported finding a “small quantity of skeletal remains.”
