RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — SCDOT plans to implement a new traffic pattern at the interchange connecting U.S. 21 and I-77 in Richland County starting March 19.
A new single left-turn lane with traffic signals will open for drivers traveling south on U.S. 21 to access the on-ramp to I-77 southbound.
