GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A national Mexican restaurant chain has closed its only Upstate location.
The On The Border Grill & Cantina located on Beacon Drive off of Pelham Road near Interstate 85 is now listed as permanently closed on the chain’s website.
