LANCASTER, Pa. — A South Carolina woman wanted for allegedly participating in a phone scam where the caller claimed to be a member of the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department has been arrested, Manheim Township Police announced Monday.
Veronica Anntonette Oliva, 36, of Columbia, SC, was extradited to Lancaster County on Sunday after being captured in her home state, the police department said.
