COLUMBIA, S.C. – Two South Carolina K9 handlers are recovering after being struck by a drunk driver early Sunday morning.
According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD), deputies were conducting traffic enforcement on I-277 near the Farrow exit around 1:15 a.m Sunday.
