LEXINGTON, S.C. — Two women have been arrested following an investigation into the alleged mistreatment of horses at a local property, according to officials.
Danielle K. Fowlston, 48, faces nine counts of felony ill-treatment of animals, while Michelle Lyn Murray, 48, has been charged with one count of the same offense, authorities said.
