WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. — Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that happened along Hammond Avenue in West Columbia.
Officials have identified the man who died from his injuries as 54-year-old Charles Boyd Moore Jr. Investigators say they are now working to piece together what led up to the violence in the neighborhood.
