WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department announced that an arrest has been made after a fatal shooting in West Columbia.
Patrick David Esparza, 26, was charged with murder in the March 20 fatal shooting of Charles Boyd Moore Jr., according to an arrest warrant.
“Early in their investigation, detectives identified Esparza as a person of interest in Mr. Moore’s death because the two had been seen together just hours before Mr. Moore was shot to death at a home on Hammond Avenue,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said.
