RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a missing 71-year-old man.
John Miller was last seen near Lawhorn Road in Blythewood early Tuesday morning wearing black sweatpants, a black t-shirt, a gray hoodie, and a straw hat.
