HOPKINS, S.C. (WIS) – Two arrests have been made after a shooting on Gusty Lane in Richland County.
Sheriff Leon Lott said two men were arrested. Allen Garner Jr., 19, is charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Mario Hooks, 19, is charged with kidnapping, attempted murder, armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Authorities responded March 21 to a shooting on Gusty Lane in the Quail Pointe neighborhood in Richland County, where witnesses told them a man had been shot.
