Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a March 21, 2026 shooting on Gusty Lane in Richland County.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says investigators with the department’s Fugitive Task Force and Special Response Team arrested Allen Garner Jr, 19, and Mario Hooks, 19, on March 31 after the suspects were located at their respective homes in Richland County.
Around 12:30 a.m. on March 21, deputies responded to a ShotSpotter alert of multiple rounds fired in the 200 block of Gusty Lane in the Lower Richland area.
